Andrew Fradkin, JD

Andrew Fradkin General Counsel of Thylacine Bio. He is a hands-on corporate attorney with a strong financial and business background. His extensive expertise includes advising senior management on corporate governance, compliance, tax, finance, real estate and employment-related issues. He also served as general counsel to two public technology companies, Vyyo Inc. and Zen Research plc, guiding both from early start-up stages through IPO.
Andrew holds an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He received a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
